Associate Consultants at Intellishore play a very important role in our business. You will, from the very beginning, apply and develop your analytical, interpersonal, and business management skills. You will work side by side with skilled consultants and have the opportunity to contribute to creative and contemporary company culture.

You will get the chance to immerse yourself in the frontier of advanced analytics and AI whilst gaining an in-depth understanding of business challenges, primarily in the healthcare industry, as you engage with clients in close collaboration with your dedicated Intellishore project team.

Additionally, by joining Intellishore in Zürich as an Associate Consultant, you will get a unique opportunity to influence and shape the development and commercial growth of Intellishore CH in a highly entrepreneurial and flexible setup while having the backing of a family of over 70 Intellishorians in Denmark.

Intellishore is an advanced analytics, AI, and strategy consultancy founded in 2013 with the idea of providing clients with a seamless combination of strategic and technical expertise. Intellishore CH is our newly established entity in Zürich focused on empowering our clients to realize their advanced analytics and AI aspirations. What are we looking for in our new Associate?

We realize that you are still learning and need support but also need responsibilities that will push you further and develop your skills in the realm of digital transformation. Do not worry about whether you have too much or too little experience. We are always looking for curious and passionate people to join our family.

As You Will Be Supporting Our Experienced Consultants On Multiple Cases No Day Is The Same, But Here Is What You Can Expect And What We Are Looking For

• Natural flair for relation-building, stakeholder management, and communication
• Experience working with PowerPoint and creating compelling visual presentations to convey complex things in a structured way!
• We take great pride in our slides – and this is not just slides. But it is conveying complex things in structured ways and frameworks that have the customer at the center
• Academic background in business strategy, management, innovation, economics, IT, information systems from, e.g., UZH, ETH, or HSG.
• Energetic, outgoing, and ambitious personality with strong communication skills (fluency in English)
• Part-time (Approximately 15-20 hours a week)
• Preferably you have approx. 2 years remaining of your studies
