Associate Consultants at Intellishore play a very important role in our business. You will get the chance to immerse yourself in some of the most exciting technologies while gaining an in-depth understanding of specific business challenges as you engage with clients in close collaboration with your dedicated Intellishore project team.

Additionally, by joining Intellishore in Zürich as an Associate Consultant, you will get a unique opportunity to influence and shape the development and commercial growth of Intellishore CH in a highly entrepreneurial and flexible setup while having the backing of a family of over 80 Intellishorians in Denmark.

Intellishore is an advanced analytics, AI, and strategy consultancy founded in 2013 with the idea of providing clients with a seamless combination of strategic and technical expertise. Today, we are more than 80 skilled, entrepreneurial, and passionate employees from many different backgrounds: data engineering, economics, business, marketing, and data science. Intellishore CH is our newly established entity in Zürich focused on empowering our clients to realize their advanced analytics and AI aspirations. What are we looking for in our new Associate?

We realize that you are still learning and need support but also need responsibilities that will push you further and develop your skills in the realm of digital transformation. Do not worry about whether you have too much or too little experience. We are always looking for curious and passionate people to join our family.

As You Will Be Supporting Our Experienced Consultants On Multiple Cases No Day Is The Same, But Here Is What You Can Expect And What We Are Looking For

• Experience in machine learning and AI engineering.
• Strong Python programming skills.
• Experience with ML frameworks (XGBoost, PyTorch, TensorFlow, etc.).
• Familiarity with LLMs, vector databases, and RAG techniques.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Understanding of data processing techniques and best software engineering practices.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English - German or French in addition would be a plus.
• Availability for on-site presence in Zürich.
• Part-time (Approximately 15-20 hours per week)
• Preferably you have approximately minimum 1 year left of your studies
