About Us 

We are two former leaders in pharma and MedTech who have been in “stealth mode” over the last many months bootstrapping a B2B AI-powered platform that enables commercial pharma teams to securely collect and analyze real-world data from HCP interactions, delivering actionable intelligence in seconds to key decision makers of billion-dollar companies.  

And this is just the beginning. Our ambitions are much bigger than that!  

The Journey 

• Hustle Together: Building a start-up is no easy path and it would be wrong to give you any other impression. The founding team already consists of two builders–one commercial and one tech–ready to do what it takes to get the job done. We steer the boat on equal grounds and will be looking towards you to control the AI engine to get us to our destination. 
• (Re)Define Stack and Pipeline: Our current PoC stack builds on existing services and foundational models to process audio into compliant and highly relevant notes using a basic multi-agent setup and our extensive domain knowledge. But we are not married to any vendor or technology. This is really a unique opportunity for you to build an AI system from the ground up with domain experts. 
• Impactful Innovation: R&D is not an afterthought, it is vital for our ability to push the quality bar and to keep a competitive advantage. And getting innovation out of the lab and into the hands of users is ultimately what matters. 
• Early-Stage Reality: Initial compensation is equity-focused during our pre-seed phase (we are proud to have bootstrapped 100% up to this point!), transitioning to a salary as we secure funding (targeting seed round in next 12 months). We're flexible on arrangement but clear on expectations - your commitment level defines both your stake and your mandate in building EngageRx's future.
