About The Job

It’s a position where there is a mix of data science, software development and biology. Main skills you need is:

• Soft skills:
• Good listener and communicator - we have specific tasks and short timelines communication is key
• Flexible things are moving fast and often we must change priorities and adapt
• Organized we have couple of systems (Asana, Git, OKRs) that add a bit of time to your work, but assure everyone is on the same page
• Hard Skills:
• Tech wise we use python on the daily basis
• Lots of work involves LLM calling, fine tuning, training, building agentic workflows
• DevOps is basic for now, we favor AWS cloud platform
• We have web platform that sometimes require tweaks (Python, Dash, Flask, html, css)
• GIt, Github, Github actions, Docker, Asana
  

We can teach you most of what you need for the job as long as you have good programming baseline knowledge and you are open to learn more!
