What You’ll Do

We're a fast-moving team transforming financial operations and compliance using production-grade AI. This isn't a research lab, it's about building and shipping real tools that automate the hard stuff and make systems smarter, faster, and more reliable.

You will:

• Build internal and external AI agents that automate workflows like invoice validation, reconciliation, KYC/AML checks, and compliance monitoring.
• Use tools like GPT-4o, LangChain, n8n, Supabase, and custom Python/Node scripts to create end-to-end automations.
• Translate deep domain knowledge from finance and legal into prompt-driven tools, backend logic, and APIs.
• Connect your work to our core platform using REST APIs, webhooks, and third-party integrations.
• Work closely with product and compliance teams to identify high-value use cases and execute fast.
• Document and test your automations to ensure they scale across multiple clients and jurisdictions.
• (Optionally) Build user interfaces with Retool, Lovable, or React to expose agent functionality.

Who You Are

• You have 2–4 years of experience as a fullstack or backend developer.
• You’ve built real AI-powered systems, agents, automations, wrappers, or workflows that do something useful.
• You're confident with Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and experienced with REST APIs and database development.
• You’ve used tools like LangChain, GPT/OpenAI, Claude, Supabase, or n8n, and ideally connected them into working systems.
• You enjoy solving real problems, shipping fast, and iterating based on feedback.
• You understand how systems interact — tools, prompts, logic, APIs, and data flows.
• Bonus: experience with finance, compliance, ERP integrations, or process-heavy industries.
