AI Engineers (x2) – Product-Led Startup

Copenhagen (Hybrid – 3 to 4 days/week in office)

We’re helping a well-backed AI startup scale their core engineering team with two new hires – hands-on AI engineers who can contribute across the stack and help bring multiple live products to the next level.

This is a small, senior team where you’ll be working directly with founders, shipping production features fast, and playing a meaningful role in shaping the product and tech direction.

What we’re looking for:

• Engineers with a strong product mindset and experience in fast-moving environments
• Solid exposure to LLMs, RAG workflows, vector databases, or frameworks like Langchain
• Comfortable working in .NET and React, but tech isn't everything – mindset is key
• Cloud-first thinking – you’ve built and shipped systems, not just hooked into them
• No freelancers or short-termers – we’re looking for people who’ve grown with a company
