About the Role

We are seeking a hands-on Mid-Level AI Analyst, and this role is ideal for someone passionate about AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI frameworks, who enjoys translating complex technical risks into practical advice and solutions.
You will work across government, enterprise, and technical teams to assess AI initiatives, monitor compliance, and support the implementation of robust governance processes. This is not a policy-making role , it's analytical, advisory, and deeply hands-on, offering exposure to cutting-edge AI projects in a high-impact environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct AI governance and ethics assessments across projects, identifying potential risks, bias, fairness, and compliance issues.
• Support implementation of AI governance frameworks, approval gates, and monitoring processes.
• Collaborate with policy, IT, legal, privacy, and business teams to provide clear, actionable guidance on AI projects.
• Document and report findings, including risk assessments, dashboards, and governance committee materials.
• Stay up to date with AI regulatory requirements, privacy laws, and ethical AI principles, ensuring projects align with best practice.
• Assist in embedding responsible AI practices and frameworks.

Skills & Experience
Essential:

• Hands-on experience in AI governance, ethics, and responsible AI frameworks.
• Understanding of ethical AI principles: bias/fairness, & transparency.
• Experience assessing AI projects for compliance, risk, and governance concerns.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to review data sets, model outputs, or AI tools.
• Experience with ServiceNow or similar governance/tracking tools.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical risks into clear advice for senior management.

Desirable / Nice-to-Have:

• Background in government/public sector, consulting, finance, regulated industries, academia, or tech companies with AI governance exposure.
• Knowledge of AI regulatory requirements, PIAs, or model risk frameworks.
• Experience supporting governance committees, dashboards, and reporting frameworks.
