The opportunity at OneStop
We are seeking an experienced AI Transformation Lead to guide a comprehensive 6-month transformation of our product lifecycle through AI augmentation. We need a visionary leader who will assess our current state and will work with teams to design the optimal AI strategy for our business, and drive implementation across our organisation. OneStop operates within an agile environment which consists of 3 tribes which include Developers, QA testers, Product Managers & Business Analysts to develop and host world leading products that facilitate the movement of cargo across the industry from container terminal operations to container park management.

In this role of AI Transformation Lead you will…
- Assess our current capabilities and identify the highest-impact AI opportunities
- Design a transformation strategy tailored to our organization
- Guide us through the selection and implementation of appropriate AI solutions
- Lead the change management required for successful adoption
- Enable our teams to sustain and evolve the transformation independently
Ideally you will have…
- 8+ years in technology “hands on” and leadership
- 3+ years specifically with AI/ML implementation in product organisations
- Current understanding of AI products evolving in the market
- Proven track record of guiding (not just executing) transformations
- Demonstrated success in achieving rapid transformations (6-12 months)
- Consulting mindset - ability to assess, recommend, guide, and adapt
