A biotech company focused on rare diseases is hiring a forward-thinking leader to shape and drive its digital and AI transformation. This newly created VP role will be a key architect of enterprise-wide innovation translating cutting-edge technology into real-world impact for patients.

What You’ll Do

• Define and lead a company-wide digital and AI strategy that aligns with business priorities and patient outcomes
• Build a scalable innovation roadmap with clear milestones, integration points, and measurable success metrics
• Collaborate with senior leaders across functions to surface opportunities and deliver cross-functional value
• Accelerate AI adoption across the business — from early R&D to clinical development, commercial, and operations
• Equip teams with the knowledge, tools, and confidence to adopt new technologies and digital workflows
• Champion a culture of experimentation, learning, and continuous improvement
• Launch a digital center of excellence to prototype, test, and scale transformative technologies
• Build strong partnerships with AI vendors, digital health platforms, and strategic collaborators
• Support the recruitment and development of digital talent and empower internal champions

What You Bring

• 10+ years in digital innovation, AI strategy, or tech transformation ideally within biotech
• Deep knowledge of AI, data platforms, cloud architecture, and emerging health tech trends
• Demonstrated success driving cross-functional change and influencing senior leadership
• Strong grasp of the pharmaceutical lifecycle and how digital can enable smarter science and faster delivery
• Strategic mindset with a hands-on approach — you can think big and build from the ground up
• Clear, confident communicator who can connect technical complexity to business value
• Empathetic leadership style with the ability to build trust, inspire teams, and navigate change with resilience
