What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll lead our AI product strategy, building tools that power the next generation of CREDs intelligence platform, from data enrichment to outbound automation.
You’ll report directly to the CEO & Founder, Jon Carr-Harris, and play a key role in defining the product roadmap and execution.

What You’ll Be Working On
You’ll lead our AI product strategy, building tools that power the next generation of CREDs intelligence platform, from data enrichment to outbound automation.
You’ll report directly to the CEO & Founder, Jon Carr-Harris, and play a key role in defining the product roadmap and execution.
- Own end-to-end product development for our AI agents, data platform, and automation tools
- Build tools used daily by sales, marketing, and partnership teams — including our Chrome extension and GTM intelligence system
- Define and execute product roadmaps in weekly sprints, working closely with customers, engineers, and leadership
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align AI capabilities with business goals
- Analyze product usage, define success metrics, and iterate fast based on insights
- Be the driving force behind AI product vision and delivery
Must-Haves:
- 5+ years of product management experience
- You’ve worked directly on AI features — such as agents, recommendations, machine learning, visualisation, or reporting
- You’ve built or owned a data product or platform
- Startup experience — ideally multiple early-stage roles where you wore many hats
- Entrepreneurial and hungry — you thrive in ambiguity, move fast, and take ownership
- Experience working closely with engineering on AI/ML models, agents, or data architecture
- SQL proficiency and comfort with APIs (REST/GraphQL)
- Deep customer centricity and a track record of shipping impactful, user-first products
- Strong product sense, great communicator, and confident prioritizer
- You personally and professionally use AI & automation tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Zapier, Make.com, n8n)
- Experience at a 200+ person company — bringing structure to ambiguity and scaling operational maturity
- Background in B2B or B2C — both are welcome if you've built high-quality, high-impact products
- Built or contributed to design/UX (bonus: experience with Figma or similar)
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) and LLM-based systems
