Manager - AI Specialist

Responsibilities

Manage delivery of AI projects from inception, proof of concept, through to deployment, including requirements gathering, data preparation, model training, and integration.
Stay across the latest developments in AI landscape and lead the incorporation of methodologies and technologies into projects.
Support clients to develop their AI strategies through applied knowledge of how to build successful outcomes aligned to organization goals.
Support identification of opportunities where AI can add value or solve existing problems.
Develop and present detailed AI project roadmaps and implementation plans to guide the organization’s AI initiatives.
Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business analysts to ensure cohesive and effective AI solution development.
Communicate complex AI concepts and technical details to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and understandable manner.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and training sessions to enhance team understanding and adoption of AI technologies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field. PhD is a plus.
Proven applied knowledge and experience in AI research and development, with a strong portfolio of project outcomes delivered.
