Backed by $40M in Series C funding and growing fast, they’re looking for an ML Engineer ready to make real-world impact.

About the Role:

As a Machine Learning Engineer, you’ll sit at the intersection of ML, data engineering, and software development, building the AI-driven tools that power the next generation of decision-making. This is a full-time remote role that's, ideal for someone with a U.S. citizenship and the ability (or readiness) to obtain a government security clearance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead platform upgrades to keep their AI stack sharp, modern, and effective.
• Build powerful dashboards and workflows using their Python SDK to turn data into action.
• Optimize data access patterns and runtime performance to scale their applications.
• Design scalable, user-friendly AI solutions that anticipate future growth and complexity.
• Collaborate closely with product and technical teams to ensure great user experience.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience deploying ML solutions in production (ideally in secure environments).
• Strong Python skills and hands-on data engineering know-how.
• Ability to work flexibly across ML, backend, and tooling.
• US Citizen, able to obtain a security clearance (Visa sponsorship not available).
• Willing to access SCIFs in the DMV area as needed (currently ~1 day/week, but can vary).

Nice to Have:

• Experience working in defense, cyber, or other security-first sectors.
• Familiarity with scalable infrastructure and visualization tools.
