What You’ll Be Doing

• Automate what matters: Support pilots that streamline repetitive processes in CRM, customer care, commerce, and beyond.
• Hack growth with data: Dive into underused datasets (customer history, NPS, platform behavior, marketing data) and help turn them into actionable insights.
• Experiment at speed: Work with squads to test AI tools, optimize campaigns (Google, Clarity heatmaps), and run experiments that improve ROI, LTV, and customer satisfaction.
• Scale solutions: Use tools like n8n, Microsoft Power Automate, and emerging AI frameworks to prototype and roll out automation that sticks.

What We’re Looking For

• A growth hacker mindset – curious, persistent, and always looking for the next experiment.
• Basic knowledge of machine learning & data analysis concepts (no PhD required, but you should know your way around data).
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills – you can spot patterns, question assumptions, and propose improvements.
• Hands-on with data – comfortable cleaning, processing, and exploring datasets.
• Curiosity about AI trends, LLMs, and automation tools, with the drive to test what works in the real world.
