Head of AI

B2Tech is seeking a Head of AI to work directly with our CIO and CTO to lead the integration of AI technologies across the organization and drive innovation and efficiency.

YOUR IMPACT:

• Develop and manage the company's long-term AI strategy!
• Oversee but also lead AI research and development projects.
• Collaborate with relevant departments, e.g., R&D, Operations, to integrate AI solutions into company products.
• Lead the design and implementation of a flagship Generative AI product that delivers tangible business value!
• Identify high-impact manual processes across departments and implement AI-driven automation solutions.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics for AI initiatives, tracking ROI, productivity gains, and cost savings.
• Evaluate, select, and integrate cutting-edge AI tools and platforms.
• Create and maintain a prioritized roadmap of AI opportunities based on business needs and feasibility.
• Build and lead internal training programs to upskill teams on AI capabilities and responsible usage.
• Present results and insights to senior management.
  
  

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, Engineering, or related technical field.
• Additional certifications in AI/ML (e.g., DeepLearning.AI, Google AI, Microsoft AI Engineer) – a plus!
• Proven hands-on experience leading AI/ML and automation projects from concept to deployment.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, Azure) and MLOps best practices.
• Experience developing and implementing AI strategies aligned with business goals.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives.
• Ability to identify, evaluate, and prioritize AI use cases with measurable ROI.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex AI topics to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities with a focus on driving efficiency and value.
• Proven ability to influence senior leadership and drive organizational change.
