Growth AI Engineer Intern

About The Role

We are looking for a junior engineer to join our growth team for a summer+ internship on what is the most exciting team ever for Wondercraft. You will work directly with the CEO and the rest of the growth team on projects that scale the GTM of the company. Projects could include using LLMs to analyse quality of leads, improving analytics dashboards and more. This is a critical position with full ownership as the only dev on the growth team.

We are looking for someone who:

• Would be looking forward to a lot of ownership and accountability
• Has experience playing with LLMs and is interested in AI advancements
• Has startup experience or interest (huge plus)
• Is excited to join one of the fastest growing startups in London and willing to commit to it
• Is ready to join the mission of a small team taking on a big industry
• Is proficient in backend coding and comfortable with frontend

• Salary - approximately £1K/month depending on seniority level. We are keen to compensate for the value you create!
• Hybrid working - we mostly work from our office in Fitzrovia, and we are there and available to help and mentor you. But if you can’t make it in every day, that’s also ok.
