Data Scientist

Role: Senior Data Scientist

Location: Alpharetta, GA (hybrid)

Salary: $100K – $180K depending on experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience in statistical modeling and data science, preferably within credit, insurance, life underwriting, or healthcare research
• Strong hands-on experience working with Electronic Health Records (EHR), medical billing data, and medical coding systems
• Proficient in Python or PySpark, with working knowledge of additional languages such as SQL or R
• Deep understanding of machine learning models; experience with NLP or Large Language Models (LLMs) is a plus
• Ability to independently scope, lead, and execute data science projects from start to finish
• Experience building and deploying predictive models using both structured and unstructured data
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to mentor junior staff and share best practices across teams
• Familiarity with large-scale data pipelines and modern analytics tools
