Business Analyst – AI/ML Focus

About the Role:

We are looking for a highly analytical and results-driven Business Analyst with a strong understanding of AI/ML concepts and proven expertise in business intelligence, client interactions, and data-driven decision-making. You will be a key link between stakeholders and the development team, helping to translate business needs into structured solutions while contributing to AI/ML strategy and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for AI/ML-driven solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
• Convert business needs into detailed user stories with clear descriptions, acceptance criteria, and definitions of done.
• Refine and prioritize product backlogs to align with sprint cycles and business goals.
• Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to support AI strategy formulation.
• Develop and present compelling business cases for AI initiatives.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance and ROI of implemented AI/ML solutions.
• Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and best practices in AI, ML, and business intelligence.

Must-Have Skills:

• Expertise in Business Intelligence and Reporting
• Exceptional Client Interaction and Stakeholder Management skills
• General experience and understanding of Machine Learning technologies and frameworks
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, Tableau, Power BI)
• Strong data analysis and interpretation skills
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation capabilities
• Strong problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in AI/ML or data-driven environments

Nice to Have:

• Familiarity with agile methodologies and working in Scrum teams
• Certifications like CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Business Analyst (Scrum)
• Understanding of common ML models and their business use cases
