What? [You'll be doing] 👀

As our AI strategy lead, you'll be one of our (commercial) driving forces of our Utrecht hub. Your responsibility goes from customer acquisition and growing a network among c-level startup/scaleup to shaping projects by leading strategic design sprints and managing our key client accounts. This means you will be impacting and creating AI strategies for well-known scale-ups. You do so using our proven approach that we used at 100+ scale-ups. Mean while, together with our Utrecht based Leads you grow our team.

In this role, there is plenty of room for your ideas. Our footprint is growing fast and we'll support your growth ambitions as much as possible. We're flexible, and as long as you're proactive and take responsibility for your own work, we'll be a great match!

Some of the responsibilities [but not limited to;]

• Using your (consulting) background to create AI strategies for tech scale-ups
• Managing the succes, progression and relation of at least 3 key client accounts
• Growing a network in the tech scene and acquiring new customers
• Connecting with venture capital players for our due diligence value proposition
  
  

Within 1 month you'll:

• Finish the Enjins onboarding program, in which you will understand how Enjins work
• Be onboarded in our sales way of working and first key client accounts
  
  

Within 3 months you'll:

• Start your first audit at a customer
• Doing sales & network talks together with our CCO and AI Climate Tech Lead
• Lead the ML team to new heights and bring your experience to make them business aware
  
  

Within 6 months you'll:

• You'll identify new propositions / tools / methods / processes that work best
• Have hired additional AI Engineers to join the growing Enjins' ML team
• Created new AI strategies for tech scale-ups in our focus industries.
  
  

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:🚶‍♀️

• You have multiple years experience in a strategy consulting or likewise background, preferably in a data/tech space or with technical projects
• You have strong account and project management skills, preferably in a tech & AI heavy setting
• You are not afraid to connect with our clients on board level (CTO, CEO, CIO, etc) to achieve maximum results
• You have the ambition to grow your sales and business development skills.
• You bring a network a long in the Dutch tech space.
• You are not afraid to talk about topics like machine learning, cloud infrastructure and data engineering
• You are fluent Dutch and English, and are eligible to work in Utrecht
• You have an entrepreneurial mindset and like to take responsibility.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications: 🏃‍♀️

• You have experience with machine learning and know how to create AI/ML models and bring them to production
• You consider yourself ambitious, responsible, pragmatic
