Join my client's organisation as the #3 Software Engineer in a hyper-growth AI start-up founded by seasoned industry professionals, that's already raised €2.5M in its 1st year - And is just getting started. My client is building a highly-scalable, AI-powered platform that’s gone from 50 users to 5,000+ in its 1st week of launching. Now they're looking for a product-minded software engineer with strong AI and Python/Node.js skills to help them take it to the next level.

This is a greenfield opportunity to work with a cutting-edge tech stack: Node.js, Python, Go, AI tooling, CICD pipelines, and Open APIs. You'll dive into an early-stage codebase, shape architecture, own technical decisions, and build customer-facing systems that scale fast. You’ll have a direct line from code to customer, what you build today goes live tomorrow.

This role is fully remote across Ireland, Portugal or Spain, offers brilliant career progression opportunities and equity options upon joining.

Skills / Experience Required:

• Must have 3-5 years of experience with Node.js OR Python
• Must have experience using AI to streamline the development and deployment of software
• Must have experience building scalable, customer-facing products

Salary / Renumeration:

€90,000 – €100,000 base + EQUITY + Unlimited Annual Leave + Healthcare + Pension + Fully remote in Ireland/Spain/Portugal
