Job Responsibilities

Develop, train, optimize, and deploy ML/Deep Learning/Generative AI models.
Build end-to-end pipelines for model development, training, and deployment.
Optimize model inference for production usage, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Collaborate with stakeholders to define business problems and design AI solutions.
Write high-quality, maintainable code following best engineering practices.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills

Bachelors or Master’s degree in Data Science, ML, or AI.
7+ years of experience working as a Data Scientist or AI/ML Engineer.
Expertise in NLP, Transformers, Large Language Models (LLMs), and the Hugging Face library.
Experience optimizing LLM training and inference performance.
Proficiency in at least one deep learning framework (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Keras).
Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in ML frameworks such as scikit-learn.
Experience with deploying ML models in production and working with cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
Strong understanding of ML operations (MLOps), including CI/CD for ML workflows.
Ability to document technical solutions and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
