They're looking for a talented AI Engineer with a strong software engineering foundation to join our innovative team. You'll work at the intersection of machine learning, data engineering, and software development, reporting directly to the Head of AI & Data. This is a rare chance to be part of an early-stage product with global ambition.

What You’ll Do:

• Design, build, and deploy production-grade ML systems that power key features like adaptive learning paths, intelligent feedback, and automated assessments.
• Write clean, scalable, and well-tested code as part of a high-performing engineering team.
• Build and maintain internal AI tools that support functions like content automation, user analytics, and operational optimization.
• Work with large datasets to train, validate, and deploy models that inform new product features and improve user experience.
• Evaluate and implement the latest advances in AI research to ensure the platform remains state-of-the-art.
• Contribute to the full ML lifecycle, from data ingestion and feature engineering to deployment and monitoring in production environments.

What We're Looking For:

• Strong software engineering fundamentals and experience with modern development practices (version control, CI/CD, testing, etc.).
• Solid experience developing and deploying machine learning models into production environments.
• Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LangChain, or similar.
• A degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure) and containerized environments (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
• A proactive mindset, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to navigate ambiguity and solve complex technical challenges.
• Passion for building products that make a difference in people’s lives—especially in education.
