The Role

We’re looking for an AI Developer with hands-on experience in prompt engineering and Large Language Models (LLMs) to join our growing team. You’ll be part of an ambitious team working across disciplines to design, test, and deliver AI-powered solutions that make a real impact for products and users.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Developing and optimizing prompt flows for different LLM use cases (across both open-source and closed models).
• Experimenting with fine-tuning approaches and parameter control (e.g., temperature, top-p).
• Building pipelines that integrate LLM outputs into product environments, such as SaaS tools.
• Collaborating closely with product and design teams to ensure AI-powered features deliver great user experiences.
• Evaluating and benchmarking model performance across providers (OpenAI, Claude, Mistral, etc.).
  
  

What You Bring

• A deep understanding of LLM architecture and language modeling.
• The ability to write effective, testable, and measurable prompts.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as LangChain, OpenAI API, Hugging Face, or similar.
• Knowledge of data cleaning and context construction.
• An experimental mindset with a understanding of the value of rapid iteration and continuous improvement.
• (Bonus) Experience with embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
