AI & Data Scientist

Role Purpose: Develop and deploy ML/AI solutions that improve conversion rates, reduce manual effort, and enhance decision-making across K3's brands and divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, validate, and deploy models (classification, forecasting, NLP)
• Establish MLOps: experiment tracking, feature stores, model registry
• Create document intelligence solutions for tax claims and M&A data rooms
• Develop early-warning models for restructuring case outcomes
• Communicate insights and limitations to non-technical stakeholders

Preferable Experience:

• 3-5 years applying ML in production environments
• Strong Python, scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow skills
• Experience with unstructured data (documents, text)
• MLOps practices and model monitoring
• Ability to translate technical concepts to business stakeholders
• You will be a Malay National

Success Measures:

• Deployed models with proven ROI and business impact
• ML solutions increase KBS lead-to-mandate conversion by 5-10%
• Document intelligence reducing R&D evidence prep time by 30%

Salary Range:

RM 170,000 - 229,000 per year + competitive benefits package 

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid working model)
