Accountabilities

• Define and execute enterprise AI strategies aligned with organizational goals and long-term business priorities
• Lead the implementation and scaling of AI and Generative AI solutions across healthcare technology platforms
• Oversee end-to-end delivery of AI initiatives, including claims processing automation, intelligent documentation systems, and customer support solutions
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams of AI engineers, data scientists, and product leaders
• Collaborate with technology, operations, and business stakeholders to integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and workflows
• Drive operational efficiency and process optimization through innovative AI-powered solutions
• Monitor AI solution performance, identify areas for continuous improvement, and adapt initiatives to evolving business and regulatory requirements
• Ensure all AI implementations adhere to healthcare regulations, security standards, ethical AI principles, and data privacy requirements
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to ensure successful execution of strategic AI programs
• Act as a senior advisor and thought leader on emerging AI trends, technologies, and best practices
  
  

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related technical field
• 15+ years of experience in AI/ML, including at least 7 years in leadership roles managing enterprise-scale AI initiatives
• Proven success delivering AI solutions within healthcare or other highly regulated industries
• Strong expertise in Generative AI, machine learning systems, AI integration, and operational deployment at scale
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams in complex enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of healthcare compliance standards such as HIPAA, CMS, and data governance practices
• Excellent project management skills with experience managing budgets, timelines, and strategic roadmaps
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to align technical initiatives with executive business priorities
• Demonstrated ability to drive innovation, operational excellence, and measurable business outcomes through AI technologies
