Your new role

As an AI Workflow Analyst (AI Process Specialist), you will be responsible for designing, building, and documenting AI-driven process frameworks that can be replicated across the organisation.

Rather than focusing on a single business function, your role will centre on creating repeatable, scalable ways of working that enable teams to effectively integrate AI into their day-to-day workflows.

Initially, you will support one or two domains as a proof of concept, with a view to developing frameworks that can be rolled out more broadly across the business. This is a highly process-oriented role, focused on methodology, structure, and continuous improvement rather than hands-on data science or engineering.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience designing and improving business processes or operating models
• Strong understanding of how AI tools can be embedded into workflows to drive efficiency and outcomes
• Ability to translate concepts into clear, structured, and repeatable frameworks
• Experience documenting methodologies, playbooks, or scalable processes
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills across business teams
• Exposure to AI enablement, automation, or workflow optimisation initiatives
• Experience with collaborative AI tools (e.g. Genie Workspaces) is advantageous

This role would suit someone with strong process design expertise who understands AI capability and can bridge the gap between technology and business adoption.
