About Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Gen AI Engineer with experience in Agentic AI development, AI automation, voice AI, speech-to-speech systems, speech-to-text pipelines, image generation, video generation, and modern Gen AI platforms. The ideal candidate will work closely with senior engineering teams to build scalable AI-powered business communication and automation systems.

Location: South Plainfield, NJ (Onsite)

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in development of Gen AI and Agentic AI systems
• Build and support AI agents and workflow automation systems
• Develop speech-to-speech and speech-to-text AI pipelines
• Work on AI voice agents and conversational AI systems
• Support development of AI image generation and video generation systems
• Assist with RAG pipeline and vector database integrations
• Work with Python-based AI backend systems
• Collaborate with backend, frontend, and DevOps teams
• Support deployment and testing of AI platforms
• Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies and frameworks
  
  
  

Required Technical Skills

• Experience with Python programming
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Agentic AI development
• Experience with OpenAI, Claude, Llama, Qwen, or similar LLMs
• Knowledge of LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, MCP, or similar frameworks
• Experience with speech-to-text (STT) and text-to-speech (TTS) systems
• Exposure to voice AI and conversational AI platforms
• Knowledge of AI image generation and video generation tools
• Basic understanding of vector databases and RAG architectures
• Familiarity with APIs, Docker, Git, and cloud platforms
• Strong problem-solving and learning abilities
  
  
  

Required Experience

• 2–4 years of software engineering or AI development experience
• Experience working on AI/ML or Gen AI projects
• Experience with modern AI frameworks and APIs
• Strong willingness to learn and grow in advanced AI technologies
• Good communication and teamwork skills
