• 3+ years designing and delivering integration solutions
• Experience on medium to large projects
• Ability to build reusable integration services

2. IT Experience Across SDLC

• 5+ years across design, development, operations
• Strong grounding in integration lifecycle and delivery models

3. AWS + API + Integration Technologies

• Hands‑on experience with AWS services relevant to integration
• API services (REST, API Gateway, microservices)
• Integration platforms / middleware exposure

4. Delivery Methodologies

• Proven experience delivering integration initiatives in Agile and Waterfall
• Ability to work in structured and iterative environments

5. Collaboration & Stakeholder Engagement

• Ability to work with architects, developers, and cross‑functional teams
• Ability to engage business stakeholders and translate requirements

6. Communication & Technical Consultation

• Strong communication skills
