Our Client is building the “Copilot for Tech Architecture” — helping engineering orgs evaluate, plan, and evolve their tech stacks with AI + data-driven insights.
They’ve raised $7M, are growing fast, and need a killer Founding Account Executive to help land lighthouse customers and build the GTM engine from scratch.
What you’ll do:
• Own full-cycle enterprise sales
• Sell into CTOs, Principal Engineers & technical buyers
• Build pipeline from zero
• Help shape the category + playbook
What they want:
⚡ 6–10 years closing complex SaaS deals
⚡ Startup grit + hunter mentality
⚡ Comfortable selling highly technical platforms
💰 $130K–$140K base
💰 $240K–$260K OTE
📈 0.6–0.7% equity
