Job Title: Data, Analytics & AI Intern

Employment Type: Internship (4 months)

Location: Edison, NJ (Hybrid - 2 Days in Office)

We are looking to hire a high‑potential Data, Analytics & AI Intern with minimum 2 years of prior hands-on experience, who has completed a Master’s program (graduated Fall 2025) and is deeply curious, analytically strong, and eager to learn and apply AI in real business contexts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate business problems into AI‑friendly problem statements and ideate AI/GenAI‑led solutions.
• Conceptualize and prototype AI use cases (copilots, agents, decision‑support) using Python and modern AI frameworks.
• Support AI advisory initiatives through structured use case definition, solution design, and impact articulation.
• Build hands‑on PoCs and demos leveraging LLMs, prompt engineering, RAG, and basic ML techniques.
• Develop reusable assets (notebooks, templates, reference architectures, use‑case catalogs) to support AI offerings.
• Collaborate with data, analytics, and AI teams to validate, refine, and evolve solutions.
• Communicate effectively with diverse technical and business stakeholders through clear documentation and presentations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree completed in Fall 2025 (Data Science, AI, Computer Science, Analytics, or related fields).
• Minimum 2 years of prior experience (internships + full-time combined) in Data, Analytics, or AI roles.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python.
• Working knowledge of:
• Data analysis & statistics.
• Machine learning / AI fundamentals.
• SQL and data manipulation.
• Strong foundation in data analysis, statistics, and machine learning concepts.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
