Job Description

What You Will Be Doing

• Automate workflows across business operations/processes using AI and Automation tools
• Build automation and decision logic using tools such as Power Automate, n8n, LangGraph, Copilot Studio, Python, or the tools best suited to the problem.
• Design and deploy autonomous AI agents and agentic AI solutions to perform tasks independently and interact with users and systems (e.g., summarising data, escalating exceptions, or triggering processes).
• Create practical AI-powered tools and workflows to streamline decision-making and reduce manual admin.
• Integrate multiple systems through MCP, APIs, file exchanges, and direct data connections
• Work directly with internal users to train, refine, and improve solutions based on real-world feedback.
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Build and deploy workflow automations using tools such as  Power Automate, n8n, LangGraph, Logic Apps, and Copilot Studio. These must have experience.
• Design and implement AI agents that can execute tasks autonomously and interact with users as part of the human in the loop process.
• Integrate with AI Services (Azure foundry, AWS Bedrock).
• Develop secure and scalable API integrations between business systems (Dynamics 365, SharePoint, Teams, external apps).
• Continuously optimse and support automation solutions to improve reliability and user experience.
• Stay current with evolving Agentic AI frameworks and tools
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

Skills & Experience

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience designing and deploying workflows in Power Automate, n8n, make, and LangGraph.
• At least 5 years of experience working with AI solutions and technologies.
• Practical experience building productionalised AI and Automation solutions.
• Experience developing and integrating AI agents, agent frameworks, or LLM-driven task automation.
• Proficiency with AWS Bedrock, and Azure AI services, including OpenAI models, Cognitive Services, and Language APIs.
• Strong integration skills using MCP and APIs and experience working with agile teams and DevOps pipelines.
• Experience automating tasks and building integrations using n8n/LangGraph or equivalent platforms.
• Programming and scripting skills in Python, TypeScript, or JavaScript.
  
  

Nice To Have

• Exposure to agentic frameworks, or custom multi-agent orchestration.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Stack(Dynamics 365) for automation and integration.
