What you'll do

• Build and ship AI/agent features end to end.
• Tune prompts, parameters, and model choices for quality, latency, and cost.
• Add guardrails, evals, and fallbacks so output stays reliable at scale.
• Instrument performance and continuously drive wins on quality, speed, and spend.
• Work closely with product, design, and engineering to ship fast.

You're a fit if you

• Have shipped LLM or agent features to production and can debug messy edge cases.
• Understand model behavior: sampling, context windows, tool use, and prompt sensitivity.
• Know how to measure and reduce latency, errors, and token spend.
• Are comfortable with data stores, queues, and observability basics.
• Move fast, own outcomes, and communicate crisply.

Nice to have

• Experience with agent patterns, retrieval, and evals.
• Model optimization, quantization, or batching experience.
• Background in growth, SEO, or marketing systems.
