Job Title - AI/ML Data Scientist

Location - New York, NY / Chicago, IL, and San Francisco, CA

Full-time position

Hybrid role (3 days onsite)

Join the AI Governance Team to help build trusted, compliant, and explainable AI solutions at scale. This role combines hands-on ML expertise with a strong focus on Responsible AI and governance.

What You’ll Do

• Translate AI regulations (EU AI Act, NIST AI RMF, GDPR, CCPA) into actionable frameworks and controls
• Build and scale Responsible AI playbooks, testing, and validation frameworks
• Embed fairness, transparency, and risk controls across the ML lifecycle
• Partner with Legal, Risk, and Engineering teams to guide AI solution design
• Lead model validation, monitoring, and auditability practices

What You Bring

• 5+ years in data science/ML (build, deploy, evaluate models)
• Strong skills in Python/R, ML, NLP, and analytics
• Experience in regulated environments and cross-functional collaboration
• Proven track record in Responsible AI and governance frameworks
• Excellent communication skills

Nice to Have

• Master’s degree in a quantitative field
• Consulting background
• Experience with Responsible AI tools, red teaming, or model evaluation frameworks
