Role: Head of AI
We’re looking for an AI Innovation Director who will be the thought leader, the product owner and the champion of all things AI within our business. This person will have a deep interest in AI and be immersed in the ongoing change that is happening.
This person will need to cut through the AI noise, listen to our clients and their Restless colleagues, and build functionality and workflows that improve our business. This person needs to have enough technical experience that they can build a product and enough commercial experience that they can focus on building the “right” things.
ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the product owner for Antenna. Decide what we build, how it works, and how it evolves as the landscape shifts
- Be the person clients meet when they want to understand what AI can actually do for them. Translate complex tooling into clear value, demos, and outcomes without losing the room
- Lead client onboarding into Antenna services end to end, from first conversation through to live in their workflow, making the experience feel seamless
- Understand how how the agency operates and build agentic workflows that ensure we are working as efficiently and effectively as possible
- Work with key stakeholders to embed these new workflows into day to day operations
- Innovate, prototype, test. This person will be a the forefront of AI and work to share their knowledge to build a team of people who are fluent in AI
- Partner with the founders on product roadmap, pricing, and how we package and sell AI as a service
- Run workshops and working sessions with both clients and the internal team
REQUIREMENTS:
You will probably come with experience from one of two routes, both equally valid:
- An engineering or development background, where you’ve moved deep into AI (Claude code, building agents, modern tooling) and have learned to be exceptional with clients along the way. You’ll have done this inside a B2B tech company or an agency.
- A product background where you’ve built AI or tech products and are exceptional in front of clients, with deep AI fluency.
Either way, you bring:
- Genuine AI obsession. You’re testing new tools weekly, you have opinions and you’re already running personal workflows others would want to copy.
- Exceptional ability to communicate tech to non-technical clients. You can take a complex AI workflow and make a CMO see what it unlocks for their business.
- A bias to build. You can prototype, ship, and iterate, not just strategise.
- Comfortable working with Next.js and Node.js
- Workshop and onboarding chops. Comfortable being the face of AI for new clients and walking them through adoption.
- Client-facing experience inside a B2B tech company or an agency.
- Comfortable in a freshly launched, fast-growing environment where the playbook is being written in real time.
