The Role:

We are seeking high-potential graduates to join our AI Graduate Program. A unique opportunity that blends executive exposure, business strategy, and hands-on AI development.

This program is designed to fast-track future leaders who are passionate about artificial intelligence, data-driven decision-making, and operational innovation. You will work closely with senior leadership while contributing to the design, development, and optimisation of AI-powered solutions across our platform.

What You’ll Do:

• Collaborate with the CEO, COO, Executive Director, and CTO to deliver high-impact business and technology initiatives
• Support operational and investment process improvements across the organisation
• Assist in designing, building, and improving AI-driven features across the swipejobs platform
• Train, test, and evaluate machine learning models to enhance system performance and accuracy
• Partner with engineering and product teams to integrate AI solutions into live environments
• Monitor AI workflows to ensure reliability, scalability, and quality
• Contribute to workshops that drive innovation, product enhancement, and continuous improvement

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s degree (completed or near completion) in Business, Economics, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Engineering, Science, Management, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret reports and recommend actions
• Understanding of financial statements, risk management principles, and operational dependencies
• Knowledge of Python and AI/ML frameworks (preferred for technical exposure)
• Familiarity with data processing and database technologies (SQL or NoSQL)
• Excellent communication, presentation, and organisational skills
• Interest in AI ethics, innovation, and real-world applications of emerging technologies
