This is a high-impact opportunity for a client-facing AI consultant passionate about helping organizations successfully adopt and operationalize emerging technologies. In this role, you will lead Microsoft Copilot workshops, executive briefings, enablement programs, and user adoption initiatives across a wide range of industries. You will collaborate directly with executives, IT leaders, and business users to translate AI capabilities into practical business value and scalable operational strategies. The position combines consulting, facilitation, project coordination, and innovation within a rapidly evolving enterprise AI landscape. Ideal candidates are strong communicators, highly organized, and comfortable delivering both strategic guidance and hands-on training in dynamic client environments. This role also offers the opportunity to help shape the future of AI enablement services while contributing to enterprise transformation initiatives at scale.

Accountabilities
- Deliver Microsoft Copilot workshops, AI immersion sessions, training programs, and enablement engagements for enterprise clients across multiple industries.
- Facilitate executive-level discussions focused on AI transformation, productivity optimization, governance, responsible AI adoption, and operational readiness.
- Conduct hands-on demonstrations and practical sessions covering Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, prompting strategies, analytics, extensibility, and adoption best practices.
- Lead user adoption and change management initiatives for business users, IT teams, leadership stakeholders, and internal champions.
- Support organizations in identifying high-value AI use cases, readiness requirements, governance considerations, and adoption opportunities.
- Independently coordinate engagement logistics, schedules, deliverables, stakeholder communication, and workshop execution from kickoff through completion.
- Track project risks, action items, dependencies, and follow-up activities to ensure successful client outcomes and engagement quality.
- Collaborate with internal consultants, architects, project managers, and sales teams to support broader AI and digital transformation initiatives.
- Contribute to the evolution of AI-focused service offerings by developing scalable workshop frameworks, templates, methodologies, and reusable enablement assets.
- Identify emerging enterprise AI trends, customer needs, and innovation opportunities to help expand and improve consulting offerings.
- 3-7 years of experience in client-facing consulting, enablement, training, adoption, or solution delivery roles.
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot technologies and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
- Proven ability to deliver workshops, executive presentations, training sessions, or user adoption programs across technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong understanding of AI adoption strategies, organizational change management, governance considerations, and operational enablement.
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, Copilot Agents, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and related collaboration technologies.
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts in clear, business-friendly language.
- Strong organizational and coordination abilities with experience managing multiple engagements simultaneously.
- Comfortable operating independently while collaborating effectively across distributed teams and client environments.
- Experience with AI readiness workshops, digital transformation initiatives, business process optimization, or enterprise consulting environments is highly valued.
- Exposure to managed services organizations, Microsoft partner ecosystems, or enterprise technology consulting is considered a plus.
- Microsoft certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, Azure AI, Power Platform, or Teams are beneficial.
