AI Consultant

We are seeking an AI Consultant to help organizations design, implement, and optimize AI-driven business solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will work closely with clients to identify opportunities for AI adoption, define solution strategies, and deliver enterprise-grade AI solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure, Azure AI Foundry, Azure AI Search, and Microsoft Copilot technologies.

The ideal candidate combines strong consulting and communication skills with hands-on technical experience delivering modern AI solutions. This individual should be comfortable leading discovery sessions, advising stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions, and supporting delivery teams throughout implementation efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery sessions to identify AI use cases, business objectives, and solution requirements
• Advise clients on AI strategy, architecture, governance, and implementation best practices
• Design AI-powered solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure AI services and modern AI technologies
• Build and support generative AI, Copilot, and intelligent agent solutions using Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI
• Design and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions using Azure AI Search
• Configure and customize Microsoft Copilot and Copilot Studio solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams, architects, and stakeholders to deliver scalable AI solutions
• Translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations and presentations
• Assist with AI roadmaps, proof-of-concepts, workshops, and solution demonstrations
• Support pre-sales activities including solution positioning, scoping, and effort estimation
• Ensure solutions align with security, compliance, and responsible AI standards
• Stay current on Microsoft AI technologies, Copilot advancements, and emerging industry trends

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in consulting, solution delivery, or software development with at least 1–2 years focused on AI or generative AI solutions
• Strong experience with Microsoft Azure cloud technologies
• Hands-on experience with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI Services
• Experience designing AI search and RAG solutions using Azure AI Search
• Experience with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, or related Microsoft AI technologies
• Strong understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs), prompt engineering, semantic search, embeddings, and vector-based retrieval
• Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and business applications
• Familiarity with Python, C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript
• Strong client-facing communication and presentation skills
• Ability to gather requirements, facilitate workshops, and provide strategic recommendations
• Experience working in fast-paced consulting or professional services environments preferred

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Power Platform and Dynamics 365 environments
• Experience building custom copilots, conversational AI, or AI agents
• Familiarity with LangChain, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Microsoft Azure AI certifications or related cloud certifications
• Experience supporting pre-sales, solution architecture, or business development initiatives
• Understanding of AI governance, security, and responsible AI best practices
