AI Business Analyst

AI Business Analyst required by one of the most exciting, well-resourced AI infrastructure startups in the world. The company works in close partnership with NVIDIA and other key organisations shaping the future of data centers and AI infrastructure.

As an AI Business Analyst, you will work across the business to identify opportunities to leverage AI to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and make day-to-day operations smoother. Partnering with teams across the organization and liaising directly with the C-suite, you will help build and implement AI-powered solutions with real business impact.

This is a highly visible role offering significant influence across the organization, ideal for someone with strong GenAI iteration skills, creativity, and a passion for applied AI.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities across the business where AI can automate, augment, or optimize workflows and processes
• Design, test, and refine prompts for LLM-based applications and internal AI tools (Claude preferred)
• Build AI-driven workflows using modern GenAI tooling, APIs, and orchestration frameworks
• Partner with engineering, operations, product, and leadership teams to implement solutions that deliver measurable business impact
• Evaluate and improve output quality, accuracy, reliability, and performance of AI systems
• Stay current with developments across the rapidly evolving AI and LLM ecosystem
• Help define AI best practices, governance, and scalable internal adoption strategies

Requirements

• Strong understanding of LLMs, Prompt Engineering, and Generative AI technologies
• Expertise creating solutions with Claude and OpenAI
• Ability to think critically about workflows, systems, and business processes
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and non-technical teams
• Hands-on experience building AI-powered automations, copilots, or internal tooling
• Comfortable experimenting rapidly in a fast-moving startup environment
• Genuine passion for AI and emerging technologies
